Scottsdale Breast Implant Exchange For Misshapen Subglandular Augmentation

This woman had undergone breast augmentation 27 years ago, but then the year before she was first seen by Dr. Nachbar she had a breast implant exchange by another plastic surgeon. She was not happy with the result, as you can see in the "Before" photos, so she came to our Scottsdale office. Dr. Nachbar performed a breast implant exchange, along with repositioning of these subglandular (above the muscle) implants into the submuscular space for better support and control, along with a mastopexy / breast lift, reducing her breast implant size from 450 cc to 275 cc, and using highly-cohesive silicone gel breast implants. She is seen here several years later, and the scars have faded very nicely.
