This page shows more unusual or difficult situations. Some of these patients have "tuberous" breasts,
and others have already had surgery by other surgeons.
Tuberous breasts have elevation of the fold under
the breast, along with poor development of the lower portion of the breast.
When the breasts are tuberous, special release of the muscle is required to allow reshaping of the breast.

Poor development of the lower breast made this a very difficult case, requiring two surgeries to get this result

This patient has an extra fold of tissue under the right breast, with an extra nipple. The extra
tissue could be an incompletely developed extra breast. These unusual conditions required modification
of the surgery. The incision was made a little higher on the breast to remove the extra nipple,
and the tissue was released to round out the lower portion of the breast.

This patient did not have breast augmentation, but rather previously had had a benign cyst removed
from the left breast. Following this, she developed infection and drainage, and a depression
developed. She had surgery to correct that depression by repositioning her breast tissue. The results are shown 2 Months later.
This patient had previously had breast augmentation by another surgeon. I replaced the
previous implants with Natrelle 371 cc Silicone Gel Breast Implants and did a
simultaneous mastopexy/breast lift.
