This woman came to our Scottsdale office asking for “Larger, fuller breasts.” She had been thinking about this for some time, and had noticed that her younger sisters developed naturally-sized breasts, but she never developed to a proportionate size. She had some drooping, but it appeared that she could be treated with Breast Augmentation without a Breast Lift. Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Augmentation using 400 cc Saline Breast Implants placed into the sub-muscular position using the inframammary approach. She is shown 14 months later. She still has some of the drooping, but has a very nice result without the need for a breast lift, and the scars that would go with a breast lift.
