This early 40s Mother of Three had saline breast augmentation elsewhere the previous year with 500 cc breast implants filled to 550 cc. She wanted a larger size, so we discussed the pros and cons, and the disadvantages associated with larger breast implants. Nonetheless, she wanted a larger size, so Dr. Nachbar performed a Breast Implant Exchange to larger 800 cc saline breast implants filled to 850 cc.
