This woman had such enlarged labia minora that they were visible as a bulge in clothing. Compounding the problem was that the labia majora were somewhat flat. She chose to have a wedge reduction of the labia minora and clitoral hood without surgery on the labia majora. While there is still a little visibility of the labia minora between the labia majora, this is a dramatic improvement for this patient.
