Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Breast Augmentation*

This Glendale mom had lost significant breast tissue, as well as elasticity, from three pregnancies. She wanted to correct both the loss of volume as well as the droopiness, and she selected the combination of breast augmentation and breast lift. We used saline breast implants from McGhan (Allergan), nominal 360 cc intermediate profile, filled to 375 cc on each side. She had an “Anchor” type lift, which allows us to remove the excess skin in the lower breast without the danger of the scar going onto the abdomen (which is a problem I often see in woman who have the vertical “lollipop” breast lift.
