This woman had breast augmentation with 375 cc saline breast implants in her 20’s, before she had had any children. She is shown only seven months after surgery, by which time the implants are mostly settled, but not completely settled. She is shown again 13 years later, after having two children. The implants are, of course, completely settled by now, and she also has just a touch of droopiness from the two pregnancies.
