This woman, who had not had any birth children, told us that her breasts had been very large for quite some time, and were very uncomfortable. She also had some excess fat in the abdominal area and to the side of the breasts. Dr. Nachbar performed a breast reduction on both sides, removing 354 grams from the right breast and 329 grams from the left breast, for a total reduction of 1 and a half pounds. He also removed 700 cc of fat from the abdomen and outer breast (another one and a half pounds of fat, for a total of over three pounds of breast and fat tissue removed.) She is shown three years later, by which time the scars have faded nicely.
