This mid-40s Mother of Three had lost breast volume and developed drooping as a result of the pregnancies. She came in asking for a breast enlargement, but because Dr. Nachbar pointed out that her drooping would result in a sub-optimal result from breast augmentation alone, she decided on a breast lift / mastopexy at the same time as her breast implant placement. Because of her mild difference in size of her breasts, Dr. Nachbar used a 397 cc silicone implant on the left and a 421 cc silicone implant on the right. She is shown three years later.
