This young woman lost over half her weight, and developed a lot of extra skin in multiple areas of her body. She had a number of procedures over a number of years. These photos show the results of her breast surgery. She had a breast augmentation and mastopexy / breast lift with saline breast implants by Dr. Nachbar, but seven years later had a deflation of one of the saline implants. Therefore, Dr. Nachbar replaced the saline breast implants with 371 cc smooth round silicone gel breast implants.
