This mother of two in her early 30s said she wanted surgery because her “children ruined” her breasts. More seriously, she said that her breasts looked good, although a little small, before she had her two babies, and she wanted to improve the shape and size. She also had some scoliosis (curvature of the spine) which caused both her left shoulder and left breast to be slightly lower than their right sides. Dr. Nachbar performed a breast augmentation with breast lift / mastopexy, using 500 cc silicone gel breast implants, compensating for the scoliosis so her appearance would not look abnormal. She is shown 10 months after her surgery.
