This woman was in her early 20s and was fairly tall. She had not had any children yet. She said, “I do not like the size of my breasts and would like them more proportional to my body without increasing areola size.” Dr. Nachbar explained that the larger implants she wanted would probably make the areolae more filled out, but would probably not increase their size. We did a 3-D simulation with the 500 cc silicone implants, which you can see below and compare to the actual surgical result. She is shown at 2 months after surgery.
