This woman had previously had breast augmentation with saline breast implants about ten years ago. Her right breast had been smaller, so she had 375 cc saline implant on the right and 350 cc saline implant on the left. Since then, she has had three more children, and wanted to improve several areas, including the breast and tummy. She came to our Scottsdale office, and Dr. Nachbar performed breast implant exchange to larger silicone gel breast implants, 600 cc on the right and 550 cc on the left. At the same time, he removed some axillary breast tissue on the left side (you can see the bulge close to the underarm area on the left side before surgery), and also did a circumferential No-Drain Tummy Tuck.
