This mother of three had breast fed all three of her children. She said, “My breasts are very saggy and small. Would like to feel more self confident and not try to hide them.” She had mild droopiness, with the lower part of the areola at the level of the fold under the breast. Dr. Nachbar discussed the pros and cons of breast lift at the same time as breast augmentation, and that, if a breast lift is not done, some droopiness would remain. She decided to go ahead with breast augmentation without breast lift, and Dr. Nachbar performed breast augmentation with 397 cc highly cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle, without a breast lift. She is shown after two months. As expected, she does still have some droopiness, but she has avoided the scars of a breast lift, and could always decide to have a breast lift later if she wants.
