This woman had six children, including a set of triplets only one year before surgery. She came to our Scottsdale office, and Dr. Nachbar performed Post-Baby Tune-Up® including breast augmentation using 533 cc cohesive silicone gel breast implants, Tummy Tuck, and a small amount of Liposuction of the Flank and Back. At the same time, Dr. Nachbar removed a small area with some pigmented spots on the upper inner part of the left breast, but she did not have a Breast Lift. She is shown three years after surgery, showing the result after breast augmentation but without breast lift in a mildly droopy breast.
