This mom had gained some weight and had stretching of the abdomen with four pregnancies, including three “singlets” and one set of triplets only one year before surgery. She came to our Scottsdale office ready for a transformation. Dr. Nachbar performed Post-Baby Tune-Up® including Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation with 533 cc cohesive silicone gel breast implants, and a small amount of liposuction from the back. She is shown at three years, by which time the scars have faded nicely.
