This muscular gentleman had previously undergone gynecomastia reduction elsewhere, but still had enlarged nipples that he did not like. He works out quite a bit and has very well developed chest muscles but was still embarrassed by the way the nipples looked. He wanted a “very complete” nipple reduction, and said he would be satisfied if there was essentially no nipple present after the procedure. Dr. Nachbar performed a bilateral nipple reduction and a further reduction to get the result he wanted. He is shown six months after his nipple reduction.
