This woman had two children. She came to our Scottsdale office and said, “After two children, my breasts have become ‘deflated’ and I would like to be able to fill out a swim suit again.” On examination, she had deflation, flatness, and hollowness in the upper part of the breasts. There was also some asymmetry, with the right breast being a little smaller and the left breast being a little lower. Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Augmentation using smooth round saline breast implants placed into the sub-muscular position via the inframammary approach. He used a slightly larger implant on the right because that breast had been a little smaller. On the left he used a 480 cc implant filled to 500 cc, and on the right he used a 550 cc implant filled to 550 cc. She is shown six months after surgery
