Scottsdale Saline Breast Augmentation 350 cc With Mild Drooping; & Settling Pics*

This mother of two in her late 20s came to our Scottsdale office and said, “I want larger breasts. I feel mine are too small.” She told us that the breasts enlarged during her pregnancies, and that they were not really smaller than before her pregnancies, but that they were a little droopier. Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Augmentation using Saline Breast Implants filled to 350 cc and placed into the sub-muscular position using the inframammary approach. As you can see, by three years, the implants have settled nicely, but early on they were quite high, as expected. When patients are concerned about their early result, I find it often helpful to take photographs for reference, so we can all see the progress over time.
