Scottsdale Rhinoplasty Without Chin Implant For Bump In Woman In Early 20s*

This woman in her early 20s came to our Scottsdale office and said, “I do not like the bump on my nose. I’d love to have that corrected.” She spoke with another surgeon who recommended a chin implant, but Dr. Nachbar did a surgical simulation that showed that, once the nose had been corrected, the chin was no longer a problem. Dr. Nachbar performed an Open Rhinoplasty, and she is shown six months after surgery. As you can see, her face is nicely rebalanced by the rhinoplasty alone.
