This woman in her late 20s had two children under 10 years. She had had significant breast asymmetry ever since she developed breasts. Dr. Nachbar performed a bilateral Breast Augmentation with Saline Breast Implants along with a Mastopexy / Breast Lift of only the Right breast. He used 450 cc saline implant on the left, placed into the sub-muscular position using the inframammary approach, and a smaller 350 cc saline implant on the right, also placed into the sub-muscular space but using the mastopexy. She is shown at only six weeks, so her scars are still very red, but this is an unusual case, so we wanted to show it anyway.
