This woman had previously had 275 cc saline breast augmentation, but she wanted more breast fullness. Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Implant Exchange using 425 cc saline breast implants placed into the sub-muscular position using the inframammary approach. She is shown six months later, and has a subtle improvement in fullness of the breast.
