Scottsdale Rhinoplasty for Hump Reduction and Tip Refinement*This woman was referred to our Scottsdale office by a friend who had previously had surgery by Dr. Nachbar. She wanted reduction of the hump on her nose, and also some reduction and narrowing of the nasal tip. Her tip skin was fairly thin, which provides the opportunity to reduce the width of the tip. Dr. Nachbar performed Open Rhinoplasty to reduce the hump and refine the nasal tip. She is shown one year after surgery.
