This woman had previously had breast augmentation with saline breast implants 400 cc in size. However, she noticed that the left breast started getting smaller due to a leaking implant on that side. She returned to our Scottsdale office, and Dr. Nachbar performed a Breast Implant Exchange, replacing her implants with larger 600 cc saline breast implants. She is shown 8 months after her breast implant exchange.
