This healthcare worker and mother of one had recently had a breast augmentation / breast lift (mastopexy) with saline breast implants, 425 cc on the right and 450 cc on the left. She wanted to change to larger breast implants. We discussed the problems associated with larger breast implants, but she decided to go ahead, so Dr. Nachbar performed breast implant exchange to 650 cc saline breast implants filled to 700 cc. She is shown at seven months, and also shown before both surgeries and after both surgeries.
