Healthcare Worker had been Thinking about Labiaplasty for a Long Time*

This woman, who works in healthcare, had been troubled by the size and appearance of the labia for quite some time. However, now she was ready. She said “I would like to change my appearance to have a more ‘barbie’ look.” Dr. Nachbar spent some time talking with her, and she wanted a more natural appearance, but did not want removal of all of her labia minora. Instead, she mostly wanted the extra labia minora to stop peeking out from between the labia majora. Dr. Nachbar performed a Scottsdale Wedge Labiaplasty including tightening of the clitoral hood.
