I often have had patients request the opportunity to review a lot of breast augmentation photographs in one place.

When looking at these pictures, don't forget to look at the "before" pictures, since the appearance of the breasts before surgery often foreshadows how they will look after surgery.

In particular, if one breast and/or nipple is higher before surgery, it will usually be higher after surgery as well, although sometimes it is possible to improve symmetry using special techniques to develop the implant pocket and implant selection.

Watch the shoulder height, as well. Most people have at least mild spine curvature, so the side with the higher shoulder will usually have the higher breast as well.

Of course, no two breasts are ever exactly the same, either before or after surgery...
