This early 30s Mom had two children, one and four years of age, and was done having children. She noted that her breasts did enlarge somewhat with pregnancy, but not very much, so she was referred by one of our other patients to Dr. Nachbar’s Scottsdale office. Dr. Nachbar performed bilateral breast augmentation with saline breast implants filled to 375 cc. This produced a nice rebalancing of her shape. She is shown at less than two months after surgery, and the upper breast will continue to settle over the coming months.
